act4ward time for agreement

Unlike the halfling project - act4ward is set as a commercial venture.

However it is possible that a time for agreement is made via the halfling project or Wildven work - such as the StarNow 10 promotion October - Dec 2016 designed to build up act4ward images and video/audio for the website and in house information files/ editorial.

The basis of this agreement is similar to the halfling project - in that the offer is made on the strict understanding that act4ward may use your images within William David work, and that ultimate copyright remains with William David.

Retraction by request of all images from such use will incur a shoot and image use charge.

Participants who wish their shoot to remain confidential may book a conventional act4ward shoot which is chargeable, but which restricts image use within act4ward to that of the contract conditions agreed.

Act4ward contracts can be made on an individual basis .
